This page governs your use of Tropical AI.com and the pre-engagement inquiry process. Once we sign a Master Services Agreement (MSA) or equivalent with a client, that contract takes precedence over anything here.

Scope

These terms apply to visitors of this website and to anyone who submits an assessment inquiry. They do not describe client engagement terms — those are captured in the MSA, Statement of Work, and Data Processing Agreement signed at the start of each engagement.

What we provide

This website is an informational presentation of the services offered by Tropical AI, and a mechanism for potential clients to start an inquiry. No service relationship is established until both parties sign an MSA and SOW.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false or misleading information.
Do not probe, scan, or test the site's infrastructure without authorization.
Do not submit content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

Copy, design, and code on this site are the property of Tropical AI (or its licensors). Product names mentioned (Goose, OpenClaw, n8n, Open WebUI, Paperclip, and others) are owned by their respective projects or rights-holders and referenced for descriptive purposes only — no partnership or endorsement is claimed.

No warranty

The content on this site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. Prices, delivery timelines, and technical descriptions reflect typical engagements and may vary for your specific scope. Anything committed as part of an engagement is captured in the signed SOW — not inferred from this website.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tropical AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content prior to signing an MSA.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The current version is always the one available at this URL. Material changes affecting active clients are communicated through the contract governance in place with each of them.

Governing law

Disputes arising from use of this website are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Tropical AI is legally incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For client engagements, governing law is specified in the MSA.
