Right now we're not actively recruiting. We hire when a client engagement opens a specific gap — senior, full-time, remote-friendly, paid on merit. If you're a fit for the profiles below, we'd like to hear from you even when no role is posted.
Who we pay attention to
- Engineers who've deployed self-hosted LLMs (Ollama, vLLM, llama.cpp) to production at real scale — including GPU capacity planning and model operations.
- Practitioners who've shipped GDPR / AI Act / PDPL-aligned systems in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government).
- Builders who've operated multi-agent systems with real governance, budgets, and audit trails — not demos.
- Technical writers and product designers who can make compliance-heavy products feel sane.
